Reklamsız deneyim içermeyen kullanımlarda reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanırız. AdMob, reklam kişiselleştirme için cihaz tanıtıcısı (advertising ID) kullanabilir. Reklamsız deneyim, yalnızca bunu içeren premium paketlerde ("Tüm Özellikler Sınırsız" aylık/yıllık paketleri) geçerlidir; "Sınırsız AI Özeti" paketi reklamları kaldırmaz.

AdMob SDK'sı uygulama çalışırken IP adresinizi (ve ondan türetilen yaklaşık konumu), reklam kimliği ve diğer cihaz tanımlayıcılarını, uygulama etkileşimlerini (reklam gösterimi, tıklama, uygulama açılışı) ve tanılama bilgilerini (çökme, performans) otomatik olarak toplar ve Google ile paylaşır. Amaç reklam gösterimi, ölçümü ve sahtekârlığın önlenmesidir.
Onay: Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara ilk açılışta Google'ın onay formu (UMP) gösterilir; reklam isteği ancak bu onay akışı tamamlandıktan sonra yapılır. Onayınızı istediğiniz an uygulamanın yan menüsündeki "Reklam tercihleri" bağlantısından değiştirebilir ya da geri alabilirsiniz (bu bağlantı yalnız onay formunun gerekli olduğu bu bölgelerde görünür).
Reklam kişiselleştirmesini cihaz genelinde kapatmak için: Android Ayarları → Google → Reklamlar → "Reklam kişiselleştirmeyi kapat"
Yeni haber bildirimi göndermek için Google Firebase Cloud Messaging kullanırız. FCM, cihaza ait bir bildirim token'ı kullanır. Bu token'ı sunucumuzda saklarken yanına seçtiğiniz şehir/bölüm tercihleriniz, engellediğiniz haber kaynakları ve giriş yaptıysanız hesap kimliğiniz (UID) da kaydedilir — yani bu kayıt kişisel veri niteliğindedir ve hesap silmede silinir. Kayıt sırasında bildirim hakkınızın (haftalık reklam-izleme ödülü) doğrulanması için anonim cihaz kimliğiniz de sunucuya gönderilir; bu kimlik yalnızca hak kontrolünde kullanılır, bildirim kaydına yazılmaz. Bildirimler isteğe bağlıdır; ilgili premium paketle veya haftalık reklam-izleme ödülüyle açılır ve istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
Premium aboneliğinizi ve favorilerinizi cihazlarınız arasında senkronize etmek için isteğe bağlı Google ile Giriş kullanılır. Girişte Google hesabınızın kimliği (UID), e-posta adresi, görünen adı ve profil fotoğrafı uygulamaya iletilir. Giriş yapmazsanız bu veriler işlenmez.
Uygulamamız RSS feed proxy, AI özet ve push bildirim altyapısı için Cloudflare Workers kullanır. Cloudflare standart sunucu erişim loglarını tutar (IP, user-agent), bunlar 30 gün içinde silinir. Ayrıca kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kendi veritabanımızda günlük istek sayacı tutulur; bu sayaç IP adresinizi içerir ve en geç 2 gün içinde otomatik silinir. Sunucu hata kayıtları (istek adresi ve zamanı; AI özet isteklerinde haber başlığı ve metni) hata ayıklama amacıyla Cloudflare Workers Logs'ta en fazla 3 gün tutulur.
“AI Özet” özelliğini kullandığınızda, okuduğunuz haberin başlığı ve metninden bir bölüm (en fazla 2.000 karakter; derin özette 3.500) özet üretmek üzere bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Bu istek sizin kimliğinizi taşımaz (kullanıcı adı, e-posta veya hesap kimliği gönderilmez).
Kullanılan sağlayıcılar: Cloudflare Workers AI (birincil, veriler Cloudflare ağında işlenir), Google Gemini, Groq, NVIDIA, SambaNova, Cohere, Mistral ve OpenRouter. Sağlayıcı havuzu, biri yanıt vermediğinde diğerine geçecek şekilde çalışır; havuz zaman içinde değişebilir ve bu liste güncellenir.
Yurt dışına aktarım: bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları büyük ölçüde ABD ve AB ülkelerindedir. Dolayısıyla AI özeti kullandığınızda haber metni yurt dışına aktarılır. Bu aktarım yalnızca sizin özet isteğinizi yerine getirmek için yapılır; bu özelliği kullanmazsanız hiçbir veri bu sağlayıcılara gönderilmez. Üretilen özet sunucumuzda önbelleklenir (aynı haberi açan herkes için tekrar üretim yapılmaması için) ve kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez; 14 günden eski özet kullanıcıya sunulmaz ve depo sınırı aşıldığında en eski kayıtlar silinir.
Haber görselleri öncelikle images.weserv.nl görsel aracı hizmeti üzerinden yeniden boyutlandırılarak gösterilir (mobil veri tasarrufu için); bu hizmete cihazınızın IP adresi, user-agent bilgisi ve gösterilen görselin adresi ulaşır (görsel adresi, hangi haberlerin listelendiğini dolaylı olarak gösterebilir). weserv görseli getiremezse görsel, haberi yayımlayan sitenin ya da onun içerik dağıtım ağının (CDN) sunucusundan doğrudan yüklenir; bu durumda IP adresiniz ve user-agent bilginiz o yayıncıya/CDN'e ulaşır. Görseli olmayan haberlerde yayıncı logosu Google Favicon hizmetinden (www.google.com) alınır; Google'a IP adresiniz, user-agent bilginiz ve yayıncının alan adı ulaşır. images.weserv.nl'yi işleten tarafın ve yayıncı görsel sunucularının bulunduğu ülke tarafımızca doğrulanmamıştır.
Haber akışı (RSS) ve haber görseli bulma istekleri kendi Cloudflare Workers sunucumuz üzerinden geçer. İstisna — AI özet: AI özet, derin özet veya “Günün özeti” düğmesine bastığınızda haberin RSS metni özet için yetersizse, uygulama haber sayfasını cihazınızdan doğrudan yayıncının sitesinden indirir (uygulama kendini “AnlikTurkiye/1.0” olarak tanıtır); bu istekte yayıncıya IP adresiniz, bu tanıtıcı ve makale adresi ulaşır. Sayfadan çıkarılan metnin bir bölümü özet üretimi için sunucumuza gönderilir (bkz. 3.5). Bu düğmelere basmazsanız bu istek yapılmaz.
İsteğe bağlı çeviri: kısa (yapay zekâsız) özetlerdeki çeviri düğmesine bastığınızda yalnızca o özet metni, cihazınızdan doğrudan Google Translate (translate.googleapis.com) hizmetine; yanıt alınamazsa MyMemory (api.mymemory.translated.net) hizmetine gönderilir. Bu hizmetlere cihazınızın IP adresi ve user-agent bilgisi de ulaşır. Gönderilen metin kamuya açık haber içeriğidir; hesap, e-posta veya cihaz kimliğiniz gönderilmez. Düğmeye basmazsanız bu istek hiç yapılmaz.
İletişim formu mesajları önce kendi sunucumuza (Cloudflare Workers) gönderilir ve orada kaydedilir; oradan Google (Gmail) üzerinden ya da yedek olarak FormSubmit hizmetiyle e-posta adresimize iletilir; bu hizmetlere form içeriği, verdiğiniz e-posta adresi ve IP adresiniz ulaşır. Uygulama içi ikonlar Cloudflare'in cdnjs hizmetinden (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) yüklenir; bu hizmete uygulama açılışında cihazınızın IP adresi ve user-agent bilgisi ulaşır (2026-09-21 itibarıyla Google Fonts kullanılmaz).
Bilgi yarışması soruları Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com, CC BY-SA 4.0) ve malhajar/mmlu-tr (HuggingFace, Apache-2.0) kaynaklarından alınır; OpenTDB soruları sistemimiz tarafından Türkçeye çevrilmiştir. Bu kaynaklara kişisel veriniz gönderilmez.
Uygulama, açılıştan birkaç saniye sonra en fazla günde bir kez (ve AI özet sunucusu doğrulama istediğinde) Google Play Hizmetleri aracılığıyla Google Play Integrity hizmetine bir doğrulama isteği gönderir. Bu istekle Google'a sunucumuzun ürettiği tek kullanımlık bir kod, uygulamanın paket adı ve imza bilgisi ile Google'ın kendi değerlendirdiği cihaz ve uygulama bütünlüğü bilgileri ulaşır. Google'ın döndürdüğü sonuç sunucumuza gönderilir; sunucumuz sonucu Google'a doğrulatır ve sonucu, IP adresinizle birlikte kaydeder (bkz. 2.1). Amaç, uygulamanın Google Play'den indirilmiş orijinal sürüm olduğunu doğrulamak ve kopyalanmış sürümlerin kötüye kullanımını önlemektir. Bu kayıt 30 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Doğrulama başarısız olsa bile uygulamayı kullanmanız engellenmez.
İşlemenin hukuki sebebi: verileriniz KVKK md.5/2 uyarınca (c) sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası için gerekli olması — premium aboneliğin takibi, favori senkronizasyonu; (f) meşru menfaat — kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi (hız sınırı sayaçları, uygulama bütünlüğü doğrulaması) ve hizmetin çalıştırılması kapsamında işlenir. Bildirim ve AI özet gibi isteğe bağlı özellikler açık rızanıza dayanır; bu özellikleri kapatarak rızanızı her an geri alabilirsiniz.
Yurt dışına aktarım (md.9): sunucu altyapısı (Cloudflare), ikon dosyaları (Cloudflare cdnjs), bildirim (Google Firebase), giriş (Google Firebase Authentication), reklam (Google AdMob), uygulama bütünlüğü doğrulaması (Google Play Integrity), yayıncı logoları (Google Favicon), AI özet ve isteğe bağlı çeviri sağlayıcıları ile iletişim formu iletimi (Google Gmail, FormSubmit) yurt dışında yerleşiktir; ilgili veriler bu hizmetlerin bulunduğu ülkelere aktarılır. Görsel aracı hizmeti (images.weserv.nl) ve yayıncıların görsel sunucuları/CDN'leri yurt dışında bulunabilir; bunların konumu tarafımızca doğrulanmamıştır. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yurt dışında işler; Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'nun bu ülkeler için yeterlilik kararı yoktur; KVKK md.9 kapsamındaki standart sözleşme süreci sağlayıcılarla başlatılmıştır, tamamlandığında bu bölüm güncellenecektir.
VERBİS: veri sorumlusu bireysel bir geliştiricidir ve yıllık çalışan/bilanço ölçütleri itibarıyla VERBİS kayıt yükümlülüğü kapsamında değildir. Bu durum değişirse bu metin güncellenir.
KVKK md.11 uyarınca aşağıdaki sekiz hakka sahipsiniz:
Uygulama içinden: hesabınızı ve sunucudaki tüm verilerinizi uygulama içindeki “Hesabımı Sil” yolundan silebilir, veri kopyanızı “Verilerimi İndir” ile alabilirsiniz. Silme işlemi şu tabloların tamamını kapsar: kimlik kaydı, favoriler, tercihler, ödül sayaçları, bildirim kaydı ve satın alma kayıtları. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, giriş yaptığınız Google hesabının e-posta adresinden sak0iletisim@gmail.com adresine “Hesabımı Sil” konulu bir e-posta göndererek de silme talep edebilirsiniz; sunucudaki verileriniz (kimlik, favoriler, premium kaydı, bildirim kaydı) 7 iş günü içinde geri döndürülemez biçimde silinir. Cihazınızdaki yerel veriler Android Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Anlık Türkiye → “Depolama alanını temizle” ile her an silinebilir.
AB GDPR kapsamında erişim, silme, taşınabilirlik, sınırlama ve itiraz haklarınız vardır. Veri kopyanızı talep etmek için yukarıdaki iletişim adresine yazabilirsiniz.
Anlık Türkiye 13 yaş altı çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır. 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız. AdMob reklam içerik derecemiz "PG" (Parental Guidance — ebeveyn rehberliği) olarak ayarlıdır; bu, "T" (Teen) ve "MA" derecelerinden daha kısıtlayıcıdır — yetişkin ve olgun içerikli reklamlar engellenir.
Politikamızı güncellersek bu sayfayı yenileriz ve uygulamada bir uyarı gösteririz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi en üsttedir.

We use Google AdMob to show ads in usage that does not include the ad-free experience. AdMob may use the device's advertising ID for ad personalization. The ad-free experience applies only to premium plans that include it ("All Features Unlimited" monthly/yearly plans); the "Unlimited AI Summaries" plan does not remove ads.

While the app is running, the AdMob SDK automatically collects your IP address (and the approximate location derived from it), the advertising ID and other device identifiers, app interactions (ad impressions, clicks, app launches) and diagnostics (crash and performance data), and shares them with Google. The purpose is ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
Consent: users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent form (UMP) on first launch; ads are requested only after this consent flow is completed. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Ad preferences" (Reklam tercihleri) link in the app's side menu (this link appears only in these regions, where the consent form is required).
To turn off ad personalization device-wide: Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to send news notifications. FCM uses a notification token belonging to your device. When we store this token on our server, the city/section preferences you chose, the news sources you blocked and, if you signed in, your account ID (UID) are stored with it — so this record is personal data and it is deleted when you delete your account. During registration your anonymous device ID is also sent to the server to verify your notification entitlement (weekly rewarded-ad bonus); it is used only for this check and is not written to the notification record. Notifications are optional; they are enabled with the relevant premium plan or the weekly rewarded-ad bonus, and you can turn them off at any time.
Optional Sign in with Google is used to sync your premium subscription and favorites across your devices. On sign-in, your Google account ID (UID), email address, display name and profile photo are passed to the app. If you do not sign in, this data is not processed.
Our app uses Cloudflare Workers for its RSS feed proxy, AI summary and push notification infrastructure. Cloudflare keeps standard server access logs (IP, user-agent), which are deleted within 30 days. In addition, to prevent abuse, a daily request counter is kept in our own database; this counter contains your IP address and is automatically deleted within 2 days at the latest. Server error logs (request address and time; for AI summary requests, the article title and text) are kept in Cloudflare Workers Logs for at most 3 days for debugging.
When you use the “AI Summary” feature, the title of the article you are reading and an excerpt of its text (at most 2,000 characters; 3,500 for the deep summary) are sent to an AI provider to generate the summary. This request does not carry your identity (no user name, email or account ID is sent).
Providers used: Cloudflare Workers AI (primary, data is processed on Cloudflare's network), Google Gemini, Groq, NVIDIA, SambaNova, Cohere, Mistral and OpenRouter. The provider pool works so that when one does not respond, the next one is used; the pool may change over time and this list will be updated.
Transfer abroad: these providers' servers are largely in the USA and EU countries. Therefore, when you use the AI summary, the article text is transferred abroad. This transfer is made only to fulfil your summary request; if you do not use this feature, no data is sent to these providers. The generated summary is cached on our server (so it is not regenerated for everyone who opens the same article) and is not associated with your identity; summaries older than 14 days are never served and the oldest entries are deleted when the storage limit is exceeded.
News images are primarily resized and shown via the images.weserv.nl image proxy service (to save mobile data); this service receives your device's IP address, user-agent and the address of the image shown (the image address may indirectly reveal which articles are being listed). If weserv cannot fetch the image, the image is loaded directly from the server of the publishing site or its content delivery network (CDN); in that case your IP address and user-agent reach that publisher/CDN. For articles without an image, the publisher's logo is fetched from the Google Favicon service (www.google.com); Google receives your IP address, user-agent and the publisher's domain name. We have not verified who operates images.weserv.nl or in which country it and the publishers' image servers are located.
News feed (RSS) and news image lookup requests go through our own Cloudflare Workers server. Exception — AI summary: when you tap the AI summary, deep summary or “Daily digest” (Günün özeti) button and the article's RSS text is not sufficient for a summary, the app downloads the article page directly from the publisher's website from your device (the app identifies itself as “AnlikTurkiye/1.0”); in this request the publisher receives your IP address, this identifier and the article address. Part of the text extracted from the page is sent to our server to generate the summary (see 3.5). If you do not tap these buttons, this request is not made.
Optional translation: when you tap the translate button on a short (non-AI) summary, only that summary text is sent directly from your device to Google Translate (translate.googleapis.com); if no response is received, it is sent to MyMemory (api.mymemory.translated.net). These services also receive your device's IP address and user-agent. The text sent is publicly available news content; no account, email or device identifier is sent. If you do not tap the button, this request is never made.
Contact form messages are first sent to our own server (Cloudflare Workers) and stored there; from there they are forwarded to our email address via Google (Gmail) or, as a fallback, the FormSubmit service; these services receive the form content, the email address you provided and your IP address. In-app icons are loaded from Cloudflare's cdnjs service (cdnjs.cloudflare.com); this service receives your device's IP address and user-agent when the app opens (as of 2026-09-21, Google Fonts is not used).
Quiz questions are taken from the Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com, CC BY-SA 4.0) and malhajar/mmlu-tr (HuggingFace, Apache-2.0); OpenTDB questions have been translated into Turkish by our system. No personal data of yours is sent to these sources.
A few seconds after launch, at most once a day (and when the AI summary server asks for verification), the app sends a verification request to the Google Play Integrity service via Google Play services. With this request Google receives a one-time code generated by our server, the app's package name and signing information, and the device and app integrity information that Google evaluates itself. The result returned by Google is sent to our server; our server has the result verified by Google and records it together with your IP address (see 2.1). The purpose is to verify that the app is the original version downloaded from Google Play and to prevent abuse by copied versions. This record is automatically deleted after 30 days. Even if the check fails, you are not blocked from using the app.
Legal basis for processing: under KVKK Art. 5/2, your data is processed on the grounds of (c) necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract — tracking the premium subscription, favorites sync; and (f) legitimate interest — preventing abuse (rate-limit counters, app integrity check) and operating the service. Optional features such as notifications and AI summaries are based on your explicit consent; you can withdraw your consent at any time by turning these features off.
Transfer abroad (Art. 9): the providers of server infrastructure (Cloudflare), icon files (Cloudflare cdnjs), notifications (Google Firebase), sign-in (Google Firebase Authentication), ads (Google AdMob), app integrity check (Google Play Integrity), publisher logos (Google Favicon), AI summaries and optional translation, and contact form forwarding (Google Gmail, FormSubmit) are established abroad; the relevant data is transferred to the countries where these services are located. The image proxy service (images.weserv.nl) and the publishers' image servers/CDNs may be located abroad; we have not verified their location. These providers process data abroad; the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has not issued an adequacy decision for these countries; the standard contract process under KVKK Art. 9 has been initiated with the providers, and this section will be updated once it is completed.
VERBİS: the data controller is an individual developer and, based on annual employee/balance-sheet thresholds, is not subject to the VERBİS (data controllers registry) registration obligation. If this changes, this text will be updated.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the following eight rights:
From within the app: you can delete your account and all your data on the server via “Hesabımı Sil” (Delete my account) in the app, and get a copy of your data via “Verilerimi İndir” (Download my data). Deletion covers all of the following: identity record, favorites, preferences, reward counters, notification registration and purchase records. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by sending an email with the subject “Delete My Account” from the email address of the Google account you signed in with to sak0iletisim@gmail.com; your server data (identity, favorites, premium record, notification registration) is irreversibly deleted within 7 business days. Local data on your device can be deleted at any time via Android Settings → Apps → Anlık Türkiye → “Clear storage”.
Under the EU GDPR you have the rights of access, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. To request a copy of your data, you can write to the contact address above.
Anlık Türkiye is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Our AdMob ad content rating is set to "PG" (Parental Guidance); this is more restrictive than the "T" (Teen) and "MA" ratings — adult and mature ads are blocked.
If we update our policy we will refresh this page and show a notice in the app. The "Last updated" date is at the top.
